Will Video diversion stop me in my destination? If do, How should i extent them?

I have the good thought for the video diversion though have small or no knowledge in programming or computers. How would we go about being the video diversion writer, similar to the screenplay writer? Is there the certian fromat which it would have to be created in for acquiescence to an tangible designer?

for me it would have been pokemon blue version. certain i played video games prior to though this diversion is what gathering me to be roughly dependant to video games. i would fool around this 8 hours the day nonstop.
